1. Go to www.blogsearch.google.com
2. Search a certain topic and click go
3. then you are there, you can read their blogs

Note: Reading blogs comes also with blog comments. Yes you are right, if you find some blogs that catches your attention either negative or positive then you can leave your personal opinion or view also. Making comments also helps your blog to crawl.

Take part also in forums. You can build a nice links in the signature area if you could follow the direction and rules.
